Our Mission
FAAJA is a non-profit organization committed to empowering and uniting Florida’s Asian community by fostering leadership development, advancing education, and promoting meaningful engagement across social, cultural, and economic spheres. We strive to strengthen collaboration, deepen shared understanding, and cultivate the next generation of exceptional youth leaders who will uphold our heritage, champion community cohesion, and contribute positively to the broader society.
Our community comes first.
This past year, FAAJA conducted a multilingual community safety survey to assess safety concerns within the Asian American community. More than 300 individuals responded across four languages—English, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. As a result of these findings, we organized community safety awareness workshops led by qualified professionals to educate community members on best practices and their rights, and coordinated self-defense workshops throughout Central, North, and South Florida.
